Changing Your Account Email

Need to update the email address for your Framekit account? Here's how to do it.

Why Change Your Email?

Common reasons to update your account email:

  • Switching from personal to professional email
  • Company email address changed
  • Old email no longer accessible
  • Consolidating accounts

How to Change Your Email

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  • Click on your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner
  • Click "Profile" or your account settings
  • Look for the email field
  • Step 2: Request Email Change

  • Find your current email displayed
  • Click "Change" next to your email address
  • A modal will appear
  • Step 3: Enter New Email

  • Enter your new email address
  • Make sure it's typed correctly
  • Click "Change Email"
  • Step 4: Verify New Email

  • Check your new email inbox for a verification link
  • Click the verification link
  • Your email will be updated once verified
  • Important: The change only takes effect after you verify the new email address.

  • Try requesting the change again
  • "Email Already in Use" Error

    • Another account uses this email
    • You may need to delete/merge the other account first
    • Contact support if you need help

    Can't Access Old Email

    • Request the change from your logged-in account
    • The verification goes to your new email
    • You don't need access to your old email to change it
