Each page on your site can have its own SEO settings. Here's how to optimize individual pages for search engines.
Accessing Page SEO Settings
Available Page Settings
Page Title
The title that appears in:
- Browser tabs
- Search engine results
- Social media shares
- Front-load important keywords
- Make it descriptive and compelling
- Include your brand name at the end
Page Description
The meta description shown in search results.
How to set:- Include relevant keywords naturally
- Add a call-to-action
- Make it unique for each page
Page Keywords
Comma-separated keywords for the page.
How to set:Page URL (Slug)
The URL path for the page (e.g., /about, /services).
How to change:- Use hyphens between words: "our-services"
- Avoid special characters
- Don't change URLs frequently (breaks existing links)
SEO Preview
When editing, you'll see a preview of how your page appears in search results:
- Title display
- URL preview
- Description snippet
Different Page Types
Homepage
- Use your main value proposition as the title
- Description should summarize your entire site
- Include your most important keywords
About Page
- Title: "About [Company Name] | Your Site"
- Describe your story and mission
- Keywords: company name, industry, location
Service/Product Pages
- Include the service/product name in the title
- Describe specific benefits
- Use buyer-intent keywords
Contact Page
- Title: "Contact [Company Name] | Get in Touch"
- Mention contact methods available
- Include location if relevant
Blog/Content Pages
- Use the post title as the page title
- Description should preview the content
- Include topic-specific keywords
