Site-Level SEO Settings

Site Title

Your site title appears in:

Tips:
  • Include your main keyword
  • Keep under 60 characters
  • Make it compelling
Example: "Jane's Bakery - Fresh Artisan Bread & Pastries in NYC"

Site Description

Your meta description appears in search results below the title:

  • Summarize what your site offers
  • Include relevant keywords naturally
  • Keep under 160 characters
  • Include a call-to-action
Example: "Handcrafted artisan breads and pastries made fresh daily. Visit our NYC bakery or order online for delivery. Taste the difference of real sourdough."

Keywords

Add relevant keywords in Settings > SEO:

  • Terms people search for
  • Your products/services
  • Your location (if local business)

Page-Level SEO

Individual Page Settings

Each page can have its own:

  • Title
  • Description
  • URL slug

URL Structure

Clean URLs help SEO:

  • Good: /about, /products/bread
  • Bad: /page123, /p?id=456

Heading Structure

Use headings properly:

  • One H1 per page (usually your main headline)
  • H2 for main sections
  • H3 for subsections
  • Don't skip levels

Content SEO

Quality Content

Search engines favor:

Keywords in Content

Include keywords naturally in:
