DNS Configuration Guide

Step-by-step instructions for configuring DNS records

DNS Configuration Guide

This guide walks you through configuring DNS records to connect your custom domain to your Framekit site.

Understanding DNS Records

DNS (Domain Name System) records tell the internet where to find your website. You'll need to add an A Record to point your domain to Framekit's servers.

A Record Configuration

What You'll Need

  • Host/Name: @ (or your subdomain like www)
  • Type: A
  • Value/Points to: The IP address shown in your Framekit domain settings
  • TTL: 3600 (or "1 hour" / "Automatic")
